## Thamara Cloud Review: What “Lifetime HostingActually Means

**Thamara Cloud’s lifetime plans cost $398 to $798 paid once, but the refund window closes after 30 days, with no written policy on what happens if the company is sold.**

Thamara Cloud has an unusual pitch: pay once, host forever.

Its lifetime plans cost $398 to $798, paid one time, a different model from the subscription pricing most other hosts use.

![Thamara Cloud](https://hostingguider.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/thamara-hero.webp "Thamara Cloud")

That sounds like a clear win against recurring fees. But the fine print matters more here than usual.

A mistake on a one-time purchase is harder to undo than canceling a monthly plan.

## Is Thamara Cloud’s Lifetime Pricing Actually a Deal?

**Only if you’ve read the actual terms, not just the sales pitch.**

Lifetime hosting removes recurring fees, and that part is real. Thamara Cloud’s own terms say lifetime plans can’t be refunded after 30 days, though.

There’s also nothing in writing about what happens to your “lifetimeaccess if the company is ever sold or shuts down.

This review couldn’t confirm a [continuity clause](https://hostingguider.com/blog/what-to-know-before-switching-web-hosting-providers/) exists anywhere on Thamara Cloud’s site, terms, or FAQ.

A hosting contract’s fine print is exactly where that kind of gap tends to hide.

**The one thing to check before you buy:** the lifetime hosting page already shows a 50% discount, and a separate coupon code is advertised on top of it.

Confirm the actual price at checkout. Don’t assume both discounts stack the way the page implies.

**Who should look elsewhere:** anyone who wants a hosting company with a long, well-documented history.

Thamara Cloud’s own About page doesn’t list a founding year, a city, or specific data center locations.

## Pros and Cons

**Pros:**

- A real one-time-payment option that removes the usual price jump most subscription hosts apply after year one
- Subscription pricing is competitive too, with shared hosting starting at $2.49/mo on a 3-year plan
- Unlimited bandwidth, free SSL, and daily backups on the GROW plan and up
- A “buy 3 years, get 2 freedeal on subscription plans, a real savings if you’re already planning to commit long-term

**Cons:**

- Lifetime plans can’t be refunded after 30 days, a real risk on a purchase meant to last forever
- No written policy on what happens to your lifetime plan if the company is sold or shuts down
- No founding year, city, or data center location listed anywhere on Thamara Cloud’s official site
- One verified Trustpilot review says a VPS mail port was closed without warning, even after support confirmed it would stay open
- No phone support. Support runs through email and a contact form only

## Background on Thamara Cloud

Thamara Cloud is a web host best known for one-time-payment “lifetimehosting plans, an unusual model in an industry built on renewals.

Its official pages don’t disclose a founding year, a headquarters city, or data center locations.

Most of what a buyer can verify comes from its own pricing and terms pages rather than a company history.

## Pricing & Plans

Thamara Cloud has three subscription tiers, all on a three-year term. STARTUP costs $2.49/mo with 25GB of storage and 25 sites.

GROW costs $3.49/mo, its most popular plan, with 50GB and 50 sites. SCALE costs $7.49/mo, with 100GB and unlimited sites.

Renewal prices run from $9.49 to $23.49 a month depending on the tier, [roughly 3 to 3.9 times the promotional rate](https://hostingguider.com/blog/what-no-one-tells-you-about-hosting-renewal-pricing/).

That kind of jump is [common across the hosting industry](https://hostingguider.com/blog/why-cheap-hosting-becomes-expensive-later/), not unique to Thamara Cloud, but it’s still worth budgeting for from day one.

WordPress hosting costs a little more, and adds LiteSpeed plus some bundled plugins.

VPS starts at $5.99/mo for 2 CPU cores and 4GB of RAM, scaling to $37.99/mo.

**The lifetime plans are the real story here, both the appeal and the risk.** STARTUP Lifetime costs $398 as a one-time payment.

GROW Lifetime costs $598. SCALE Lifetime costs $798. Each one matches the storage and site limits of its subscription equivalent.

You still get a 30-day money-back guarantee, the same window covered in most [money-back guarantee comparisons](https://hostingguider.com/blog/web-hosting-money-back-guarantees/) across the industry.

But after those 30 days, Thamara Cloud’s own terms say there’s no refund at all, on a purchase that’s supposed to last for the life of your site.

Nothing in the terms addresses what happens to your lifetime plan if the company changes hands or shuts down.

That kind of silence is exactly what [hosting contract fine print](https://hostingguider.com/blog/web-hosting-contract-fine-print/) so often glosses over.

Weigh that before you commit $398 or more to a single provider.

## Use Cases

**Someone who wants to stop paying hosting bills forever:** the lifetime plans genuinely solve that problem.

Just accept that the purchase is non-refundable after 30 days, with no guarantee of what happens long-term.

**A budget buyer who’s fine with a longer commitment:** the “buy 3, get 2 freesubscription deal is a [real discount](https://hostingguider.com/best/best-cheap-web-hosting/) if you’re already planning to stay a while.

It’s worth understanding the basics of [how web hosting plans and terms work](https://hostingguider.com/topics/web-hosting-basics/) before comparing a one-time payment against a subscription.

**Anyone sending email from a VPS:** read the Trustpilot review below first. One buyer says a mail port was closed without warning, despite confirming with support beforehand.

## Hosting Types

**Shared Hosting.** STARTUP, GROW, and SCALE tiers, all on a three-year subscription term or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

**WordPress Hosting.** The same three tiers, running on LiteSpeed with bundled plugins included.

**VPS Hosting.** Plans from 2 CPU cores and 4GB of RAM up to higher-tier configurations at $37.99/mo.

## Trustpilot Reviews and Independent Reports on Thamara Cloud

Thamara Cloud has just one review on Trustpilot as of September 2026, giving it a 3.2 out of 5 score. That’s too small a sample to draw broad conclusions from.

But the one review is specific and worth reading. Clara Jase (1 star, May 5, 2026) says she confirmed with support beforehand.

She was told the VPS’s mail port 25 would stay open.

It was closed within a week, with no warning. We couldn’t find a G2 listing for Thamara Cloud during this review.

## Support & Usability

Thamara Cloud offers email support and a contact form. There’s no phone number listed anywhere on the site.

The homepage claims “24/7 technical support, but doesn’t say which channel that actually applies to.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Is Thamara Cloud’s lifetime hosting really pay-once-forever?

Partly. It’s a genuine one-time payment with no recurring fee, but it’s only refundable in the first 30 days.

Thamara Cloud’s terms also don’t say what happens if the company changes hands or shuts down.

### Can I get a refund on a Thamara Cloud lifetime plan?

Only within 30 days of buying it. After that, the terms say no refunds at all, on any lifetime tier.

### Where is Thamara Cloud based, and where are its servers?

Thamara Cloud doesn’t say. Its official pages don’t list a founding year, a city, or data center locations.

Its terms page lists a Dover, Delaware mailing address, but that’s a registered-agent address, not necessarily where the company operates.

### Does Thamara Cloud offer phone support?

No. Support runs through email and a contact form only, with no phone number listed anywhere on the site.

### Is Thamara Cloud good for VPS email hosting?

Be careful here. One verified Trustpilot review describes an outbound mail port being closed without warning, even after support confirmed it would stay open.

Confirm the current port policy with support before buying a VPS for email.

### Does Thamara Cloud offer an uptime guarantee?

This review couldn’t confirm a formal uptime SLA from an official Thamara Cloud page during research. This review is research-based rather than based on a purchased account.

Verify Thamara Cloud’s current uptime commitment directly before relying on a specific number.

### Does Thamara Cloud offer free website migration?

This review couldn’t confirm Thamara Cloud’s migration policy from an official page during research, for the same reason.

Check directly with Thamara Cloud support before assuming a migration is included for free.

### How much more expensive is Thamara Cloud at renewal than at signup?

Roughly 3 to 3.9 times the promotional rate, depending on the tier. STARTUP renews at $9.49/mo versus $2.49/mo to start, and SCALE renews at $23.49/mo versus $7.49/mo to start.

## Our Verdict

**Thamara Cloud is worth considering if:**

- You want to stop paying recurring hosting fees, and you’re okay with the purchase being non-refundable after 30 days
- You’re comfortable with a company that doesn’t share much about its history or operations
- You’re not planning to send mail from a VPS, or you’ve confirmed the port policy with support first
- The subscription pricing and three-year renewal math work for your budget on their own, independent of the lifetime option

**Look elsewhere if:**

- You want a hosting company with a documented track record and public history
- A longer refund window matters to you on a purchase this size
- You need a written guarantee of what happens to your service if the company is ever sold or shut down
