Now, the refund math that actually matters. Every plan has a 30-day guarantee. But it doesn’t cover everything.
Domain fees are excluded. So are SSL certificates, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and a few other add-ons.
And if your plan came with a free domain, HostPapa keeps the domain’s normal price out of your refund. Budget for that if you’re planning to cancel early.
Backups and support cost extra after year one. HostPapa includes automated backups for free, but only for 12 months.
