The measurement types differ, and direct number comparison would be misleading. InterServer’s 0.7ms to 1.2ms reflects Cloudflare CDN edge acknowledgment. UltaHost’s 35ms to 53ms reflects actual full-content TTFB measured by KeyCDN.
What is confirmed: InterServer’s CDN edge is fast for initial connection.
